Many companies now make it easy to generate HTML emails. In the same way that Web site editors produce poor code, the same is true with HTML emails. The HTML code is very different from the Web sites. They must meet specific W3W standards and must be compatible with various email clients such as Yahoo!, Gmail, AOL, Outlook, etc.
Due to large amount of SPAM, the email service providers have set strict rules to block SPAM. Poorly written HTML emails get rejected as SPAM by many email clients. Our code is written and tested many times on each email client and meets the industry standards set by W3W. We test each email many times in different email clients to make sure that we met all the requirements.
Due to large amount of SPAM, the congress passed the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 requiring organizations who send commercial emails to follow certain rules and requirements with each email sent. We make sure every email we develop follows the legislation’s guidelines and meet all the prerequisites.
