You can then access and manipulate this information easily and securely by using the Control Panel. Yes, the tools provided by third party vendors enables you to track who is reading and forwarding your emails. When you send a message in HTML format, you can track who is opening each message. With HTML format messages, you can also track which links users click in your newsletter, who is forwarding your newsletter, and who is signing up as a result of that forwarding. [top]
Can I preview my newsletter before I send it?
Yes, TorkhumGroup offers both preview and test features beffore you are ready to send out your email campaign. The service sends a test newsletter to a list of persons authorized to approved the message before sending it to your customers. Also, you can open your newsletter in the different email programs your customers might be using. [top]
Can I confirm that an email has been sent successfully?
Yes, the control panel gives you the option to track your campaign stats in detail. You can find out how many emails were sent and how many were opened. [top]
